HR MANAGER (CODE : HRM) - PT. POSCO INDONESIA JAKARTA PROCESSING CENTER (Karawang)

PT. POSCO–IJPC is a joint venture company between POSCO, Daewoo International, and ADR Group, located at Karawang International Industrial City (KIIC) – Karawang, West Java.

The company’s main business are processing (slitting & shearing) and selling of steel sheet in coils, mainly to automotive and electrical companies.

We are now hiring highly qualified candidates to work at KARAWANG for the following position:

HR MANAGER (CODE : HRM)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be responsible in managing and maintaining all HR daily activities
• To ensure the well-implementation of system, policy and procedures throughout the company
• Encourage & control all leader and manager to implement the KPI in each department
• Being close to the employees and encourage them to develop their capabilities
• To manage recruitment and staffing process
• To perform tasks in the fields of employee relations (e.g. compensation and benefits, employee services, employee welfare, and grievance procedures)
• To manage general HR administration, as well as to analyze and improve current administration practices
• Develop implements, enforces and monitors all human resources related policies and procedures, practices in compliance with Indonesian laws

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Male or female, 35 - 45 years of age,
• Holds Bachelor Degree in HR Management / Psychology / Law
• Have min 5 years of experience in similar role
• Strong in interpersonal, communication and organization skill
• Ability to effectively communicate to all employees in compliance of company’s rules
• Fully understanding of Indonesian manpower related regulation
• Well-organized, disciplined, presentation, negotiation, and strong customer orientation
• Possess knowledge and skills in negotiation with Internal & external parties
• Effective spoken and written English
• As working experience in the Steel related business or automotive will be an advantage
• Willing to work at Karawang
