Our client, a fast growing Regional Company is looking for the best candidate, self-motivated, committed, responsible, service oriented and dedicated team players to join our wining team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts – AR, AP, GL, GST filing, bank control, reconciliation, corporate tax submissions and timely monthly reports.
- Manage petty cash reimbursement and process staff claims.
- To handle general administrative duties, Sales order processing and invoicing.
- To attend walk-in customers and handle phone enquiries.
- To arrange documents for export shipment and local deliveries.
- To liaise with relevant parties with regard to order discrepancies, goods return, credit note, indent and any urgent / immediate delivery orders to pick and pack.
- To assist in handling/preparing for quotation, stock availability and shipments.
- To assist in preparing & distributing the report timely.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level standard of customer service and good customer-relations.
- Prepare audit schedules, liaise with auditors, tax agents and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and deadlines that are in practice.
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register
- Perform administrative and HR duties
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements:
- Female with Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 1-3 years of accounting experience in keeping full set of accounts.
- Knowledge in MYOB, SAP or SAGE CRM software will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Meticulous and organized with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be PC literate.
- Aptitude to acquire new skills, technical and product knowledge.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in both English and Indonesian
- Independent, self-motivated and able to work effectively to meet operation objectives.
