position of:
Responsibilities :
Customer Service
- Establish relationships across the existing client base from key decision makers (PIC) to day-to-day contacts,
- Strive to respond to clients quickly, consistently and professionally at all times,
- Ensure regular communication with clients,
- Have face-to-face meetings with clients at least 3 times a year,
- Provide clients with updates on GAH news, products and activities as appropriate.
Problem Management
- Ensure all client issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner using effective communication to ensure that the customer is kept fully informed,
- Escalate client issues to appropriate department and follow-up to ensure issues are satisfactorily and quickly resolved for the client.
- Female, age max. 40 years old
- S1 Degree from related field
- At least 2 years’ experience working in marketing or sales in B2B sectors,
- Commercial acumen; Have strong selling & negotiation skills.
- Is self-motivated and has a strong desire to service clients
- Fluent spoken and written English is an absolute must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Computer literate
