AFFINITY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (ABM)

Job Description:

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following function(s):
  1. Conduct benchmarking on the affinity marketplace.
  2. Lead, develop, identify and deliver new SME affinity business in line with the Company's target.
  3. Build a marketing plan oriented to the affinity market and in shaping products attractive to this market.
  4. Formulate and present programs to prospective clients.
  5. Coordinate with internal Departments and outsourcing companies/vendors to realize the Company's plan.
  6. Suggest for additional value-added services to boost up the competitive edge of the Company.
  7. Create relationships with existing affinity partners.
  8. Act as a window person in making coordination with TM offices worldwide.
 
General Qualifications:
  1. Experience of working within the Affinity or Financial Services industry is desirable.
  2. Highly-developed presentation and communication skills. English fluency is a must.
  3. Proven ability to close sales.
  4. Outgoing, self motivated, positive & ”Can Do” attitude, cooperative, team working, problem solving, creative and initiative.
  5. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision yet able to deliver with outstanding result and in timely manner.

Specific Qualifications:
  1. Male or Female under 40 years old.
  2. 3 to 7 years' experience as an Insurance Affinity Manager in the Affinity marketplace is an advantage.
  3. Insurance expert qualification is an advantage.
  4. B2B as well as B2C experience is important.
