We are the leading manufacturer and seller of CHEETAH brand Safety Footwear in Indonesia. We invite talented individual to join us for the position of:

BRANCH MANAGER

Balikpapan

Responsibilities :

• Responsible in achieving branch target
• Maintain service quality and operation of the branch
• Responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures.
• Responsible for the achievement on the branch sales target
• Create and execute the branch business plan.
• Ensure store profitability and manage and develop branch personnel.
• Plan, implement, and manages areas of responsibility to facilitate continuous improvement and personal growth while supporting company goals, missions, and vision.
• Provide sound leadership for the branch.

Qualifications :

• Male / Female, with a maximum age of 35 years old
• Language : proficiency in English ( spoken and written )
• Have a good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Min 5 years experiences in Manufacturing, Sub Branch Manager or Senior Team Leader or Sales & Marketing
• Have a strong marketing, strong leadership & excellent interpersonal relation skills
• Having wide customer data based and good network
