Job Description :- Responsible for the performance and profitability of the brands
- Responsible for formulating and implementing sales & marketing strategies to optimise sales, profit, and cost-effectiveness.
- To lead and motivate the sales team in achieving predetermined sales target.
- Regularly analyze brand reports (sales, inventory, margin, etc.) and refresh knowledge of current events, brand updates, and industry happenings through newspapers, magazines, and Internet.
- Build and maintain the distribution and retail network.
Qualifications :
- Female, age between 27-35 years old
- Minimum education is Bachelor Degree (overseas graduate would be an advantage)
- Having minimum 4-5 years experience in retail (preferably from retail industry-Fashion)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, communicative
- Good leadership in manage people and stores
- Can work under pressure and has a big enthusiasm with retail industry
