Responsibilities: - In charge for the overall operations of the resort
- Hands-on for develop management and staff programs to increase guest satisfaction
- Good knowledge how to maintain products and service standard
- Responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the business and master to manage the financial aspects and prepare annual budget
- Create and submit quarterly plans and actions for the operations of the property
- Attain market competitive positioning
Requirements:
- Preferably GM / Director specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent including best track records of successful communication, budgeting & negotiating skills.
- Min. 3 years experience
- Motivated and self discipline
- Strong operational background with hands on attitude to daily operation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess strong leadership.
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written
