The Company
The
organisation is one of the largest fleet owner in offshore services.
They specialise in the diverse business in marine offshore operations.
As a result of growth and some internal restructuring, an excellent
opportunity exists for an experienced HR professional offering
substantial experience to join the team as HR Specialist, base in Batam.
The position
You
will partner the HR Director to grow the company’s development culture
& talent pool through implementation, delivery & support of
related activities. You shall conduct training needs analysis &
confers with managers to determine training needs. Furthermore you are
require to formulate training policies , programs & knowledge base
on knowledge of identified training needs, company & business
processes to develop training manuals, competencies testing’s &
evaluations procedures. In addition, liable in effective training
techniques for management development & adaptation to changes in
policies, procedures & technologies.
The Person
The
successful candidate should have a degree in HR / psychology, training
& assessment or similar , with at least 12 years of relevant HR
experiences in offshore, marine, engineering monopoly .You should be
operationally hands-on & eye for details while working with people
across all levels. You should be mature & independent with
capability to work in a fast pace environment with people across all
levels. You should also demonstrate leadership & influence
positively.
