We focus on Leadership Development, Organizational Alignment, and Knowledge Management. Our clientele is a cross industry of Indonesia’s most progressive institutions.

We are looking for a suitable candidate to join the team as  Relationship Manager to maintain a number of key organization clients and achieving revenue target through open, productive and highly interdependent partnership.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (RM)

General Requirements:

• Minimum S1 degree S2 is more preferable
• High driven, strive for Excellence
• Behavioral flexibility, have good interpersonal skills
• Good interpersonal, communication, presentation and analytical skill
• Ability to work under pressure and ambiguity
• Highly initiative, a team player and hard worker
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Special Requirement

• Having experience in selling to corporate and high level management
• Having experience and ability in developing solution that align with clients need and expectation
• Having solid business / corporate experience
• Preferably having experience / knowledge in applying "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People"
