SALES ADMINISTRATION STAFF - PT. FUJITSU TEN AVE INDONESIA ( Jakarta Utara)

We are a subsidiary of a Japanese joint venture company specialized in the trading of import and export of car audio , car navigation system and electronic control unit on vehicle for the domestic as well as for international markets. Due to our international expansion we are currently looking for Sales Administration Staff at our office in Jakarta. This position has the following responsibilities and requirements :

SALES ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Responsibilities :
We are looking for an independent and self-motivated person, who has experience as Sales Administration and and has a “ can - do “ mentality. You should work under strict targets ( Best Quality and on-time Delivery ) and synergizing your work with other related Departments are your day-to-day jobs.

Requirements :
  • Experience and expertise in related field minimum 2 ( two ) years .
  • Good in English communication and writing is a must .
  • Male or Female, age maximum 40 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma degree ( D3 ). IPK : 2.90
  • Assist in monitoring, tracking and updating of sales order processing & maintenance of sales documentation and records
  • Computer literate ( MS Office ) . and EBS oracle system is an advantage.
  • Excellent understanding & handling of sales enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Update data to suppliers’ online portals & monitor suppliers’ deliveries & outstanding POs
  • Good at maintaining records and files , trustworthy , reliable and energetic .
  • Understand well about administration Export & Import
  • Good skill for Production Planning
  • Have experience & expertise for Delivery Management , Inventory Control and Sales Amount / Sales Forecast .
  • Have experience in Vehicle maker company and supplier company as advantage
