SENIOR SALES MANAGER - PUMPS & SYSTEMS SENIOR SALES MANAGER - PUMPS & SYSTEMS (Job REF #NIJ 7700)
We are seeking a highly motivated matured individual with industrial equipment sales experience, have good local knowledge and contacts in the industries we served. The incumbent must have a keen sense for business, leadership qualities and has proven track records in managing channel & own sales team. This position reports directly to the General Manager.Role & Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 10 people in Sales, Applications & Service in deployment and tracking of company initiatives to achieve company objectives
- Propose & implement recommendation to counter threats and exploit opportunities
- Mentoring and developing sales team
- Channels management and oversee the development of regional offices and growth
- Propose sales development and sales organization plans
Requirements:
- 10 years working experience with min 3-5 years middle to senior management experience and a proven track record in Industrial Pump/Equipment sales.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering. MBA is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and good communicator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal skills and possessed leadership qualities
- Good command of written and spoken English
