Responsibilities
- You will lead local day to day business in order to reach sales and profitability targets with KPIs
- You will build up local team capabilities and controls HR retention with good level
- You will implement product and regional strategies to fulfill regional business growth
- You will connect activities and strategies with other department and other region
- You will monitor Customer Relations Management data
- You will drive the promotion of Integrated Service Solutions
- You will also track competition in the region including customer needs and support product development and survey
Requirements
- Minimum hold a Bachelor Degree from a reputable university, majoring in Engineering or Paper-Making
- Experienced in managerial position for at least 5 years, having strong leadership & managerial skill and proven effective in managing the team to make it competitive
- Good analytical & problem solving skill
- Clear, systematic and structured with sales targets and can take effective measures/actions to lead the team fulfill the targets/strategies
- Proven capability in managing people, close work with team regarding various aspects
- Deep paper making experience and knowhow in technology
- Deep understanding in the regional market to identify business opportunities
- Close relationship with the customers in the region especially for key accounts
- Clear view regarding the team competence and capable to develop both short and long term strategy to grow continuously in the region
- Excellent in verbal and written communication skills (in English) is a must, able to speak in Mandarin or German is an advantage
