URGENTLY REQUIRED

SR. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER BUILDINGS

Key Tasks :

• Initiating marketing strategies and coordinating actions to influence the market
• Proactively developing and improving solutions and services
• Understanding clients' needs in the Multinational and Healthcare sector in Indonesia
• Being the linking pin between our Buildings department in Indonesia and the several Building departments in the Netherlands
• Managing the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams
• Actively maintain relation and develop future cooperation with major Building Contractor in Indonesia and the region
• Maintaining the Business Development databases (CRM)

Qualifications:

• Min. Master Degree (S-2) majoring in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with strong Project Management knowledge, economics or equivalent from a local or overseas reputable University
• More than 10 years of experience in design, project management or business development of projects preferable related to Buildings for Multinationals and/or Healthcare
• Fluent in English, both oral & written
• Proven track record in Business Development
• Extensive network and excellent networking skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Available for immediate employment
• Well organized
• Ability to establish trustful relationships with your clients
• Able to work in team
• Computer literate
• Good health condition
• Willing to travel throughIndonesiaand neighboring countries
