Our partner operates a directory of Restaurants and Bars across major cities in Asia, New Zealand and Australia.
We are looking to hire English speaking Telemarketing Executives to support our partner and their expansion for the regions.
Primary Responsibilities;- Responsible for calling Restaurants, Bars, Hotels and other Food and Beverage vendors, and registering them onto a database and website.
- During calls, you must explain the benefits of registering with our product or service.
- Performs lead generation to create viable list, call people, and follows up on prospects.
- Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
- Persuade merchants to register for the free service
- Obtain or verify customer information: including contact name, email address, phone number, and address.
- Detailed and precise entry of information into system database.
- Ability to answer questions from customers based on service offering.
- Record all information on daily record sheets to support data entry.
- Conduct an organized and strict call-back schedule to prospective leads.
You
must possess strong English language skills and understand both
English, and different dialects from countries such as Australia, New
Zealand and Hong Kong.
Detailed and comprehensive training will be given to all successful applicants, and on site support will be given at all times.
