- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 years work experience in a manufacturing plant
- Mature, assertive personality, initiative and leadership attributes
- Computer literate min Ms. Office or Open office
- Conversant in English and Mandarin
- Able to work in SIDOARJO, East Java
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 : 2008
