Requirements:

Male or Female, Age max. 30 years old.
Min. D3/S1 with good academic record.
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Ilustrator, Corel Draw and software editing.
Having knowledge in programming ( Vb.net, ASP , Java and PHP) and Database ( SQL Server and MySQL)
Hard worker, Communicative, good attitude.
Good communication skill in English (Oral & Written).
Minimal 1 years relevant hands-on experience in Windows 98/2000/XP/7, Linux, server, TCP/IP and LAN.
Having experience in PC hardware knowledge and configuration (laptops and desktop)
Having experience in knowledge in desktop support, end-point network support, deployment, backup data, etc.

Job Description:

Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;

Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults;
Replacing parts as required;
Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);
Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers;
Testing and evaluating new technology;
