OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Handle of operational support: Warehouse, Pick pack, inbound, outbound, liaise with logistic partners and act as receptionist for every offline event.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle operational, warehouse, and pick pack matters.
  • Ensuring that all order item to customer can be send properly and in timely manner.
  • Liaise with other department to find solutions and fulfil delivery requirements.
  • Working closely with sponsors/ related departments, ensuring any inquiries responded properly and in timely manner.
  • Reviewing working process and provide improvement if necessary
  • Assisting concierge head in any case of customer maintenance and problems solving
  • Ensure the achievement of KPI target set.

Requirements:
  • Min. High School or equal
  • Have hospitality and good interpersonal skill
  • Neat and good appearance
  • Proficient in english and computer
  • Able to work in team and as individual
