Events held on Reebonz last between 2 to 3 days. The
Reebonz concept was created in October 2008 to fill the gap we saw in
the market for affordable and exclusive lifestyle. In March 2009, CEO
Samuel Lim, with co-founders Benjamin Han, Daniel Lim and a founding
group of 20 individuals launched Reebonz.com.
Since then, Reebonz has been seeing a substantial growth in the market
and has steadily expanded into 11 countries within Asia Pacific. Reebonz

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Handle of operational support: Warehouse, Pick pack, inbound, outbound, liaise with logistic partners and act as receptionist for every offline event.

- Handle operational, warehouse, and pick pack matters.
- Ensuring that all order item to customer can be send properly and in timely manner.
- Liaise with other department to find solutions and fulfil delivery requirements.
- Working closely with sponsors/ related departments, ensuring any inquiries responded properly and in timely manner.
- Reviewing working process and provide improvement if necessary
- Assisting concierge head in any case of customer maintenance and problems solving
- Ensure the achievement of KPI target set.
Requirements:
- Min. High School or equal
- Have hospitality and good interpersonal skill
- Neat and good appearance
- Proficient in english and computer
- Able to work in team and as individual
