The Job:
The incumbent will report directly to The Business Manager and be responsible for the overall executive search processes, starting from business development, sourcing suitable candidates and placing them at the clients company.
- Maintain existing account and develop new business to generate sales revenue
- Manage a portfolio of clients and responsible to successfully handle their recruitment needs for middle to senior management level positions
- Identify, qualify potential candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process including evaluating candidates for presentation to the client
- Follow up with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth transition and continual satisfaction with the selection in order to successfully close assigned positions.
- Maintain internal administration of data bank and the related paper works including record keeping of invoices and PPN Tax.
- Holding a bachelor degree and preferably with some years of similar experience or in selling services industry and/or recruitment.
- Have prior experience of developing and implementing recruiting programs;
- Excellent sales and communication skills (in both English and Indonesian) who is confident dealing with senior level executives.
- Energetic, passion for recruitment, a strong interest in people and is ambitious.
- Have excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skill
