SALES MANAGER / BRANCH MANAGER - PT. MITRA WIRAPRATAMA

PT. Mitra Wira Pratama, was established in 1995 and based in Jakarta. We have more 18 years experiences as supplier for various of valves for Pulp & Paper, Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Food & Beverage, and others industry. Now we are in growing and expansions, looking for right person to fill position:

SALES MANAGER / BRANCH MANAGER

(For Jakarta, Medan & Pekanbaru)

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulating & Implementing sales and business strategic to achieve budgeting sales target (branch target)
• Lead, control & monitoring all Sales Engineer (all employees for Branch Manager only) to meet their job requirement.
• Approach & maintain good relationship with strategic alliances, partners, and clients
• Develop, grow key accounts, looking for new projects and increase sales
• Preparing sales quotation in technical & commercial aspects
• Provide technical backup, customer presentation & traveling to remote customer where necessary and making report to management regularly
• Provide periodic report to management

Requirement:

• S1 Degree in Engineer major
• Male, 35-45 years old
• At least 5-7 years of experiences in Sales Manager or Branch Manager position
• Familiar of various valve products and familiar dealing with EPC/contractor
• Familiar with contract procedure
• Have good computer literate
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• High motivated and have good conduct of behavior
• Able to work in a team, strong leadership, interpersonal and have management skill
