NETZSCH Group, based in Selb Germany, comprising of Business Units Pumps & Systems, Grinding & Dispersion and Analyzing & Testing machines is a leading manufacturer and market leader.  PT NETZSCH Indonesia, a wholly owned company of NETZSCH Group, is looking for an experienced Senior Executive for our Business Unit Pumps & Systems.  

SENIOR SALES MANAGER - PUMPS & SYSTEMS SENIOR SALES MANAGER - PUMPS & SYSTEMS (Job REF #NIJ 7700)

Position based in Jakarta office

We are seeking a highly motivated matured individual with industrial equipment sales experience, have good local knowledge and contacts in the industries we served. The incumbent must have a keen sense for business, leadership qualities and has proven track records in managing channel & own sales team. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 10 people in Sales, Applications & Service in deployment and tracking of company initiatives to achieve company objectives
• Propose & implement recommendation to counter threats and exploit opportunities  
• Mentoring and developing sales team
• Channels management and oversee the development of regional offices and growth
• Propose sales development and sales organization plans

Requirements:

• 10 years working experience with min 3-5 years middle to senior management experience and a proven track record in Industrial Pump/Equipment sales.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering. MBA is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and good communicator
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills and possessed leadership qualities
• Good command of written and spoken English
