Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining the team (such as doing briefing, feedback, coaching & counseling)
- Evaluate performance of the team and the department (performance appraisals)
- Doing innovative selling strategies
- Responsible for maintaining stock availability & outlets
- Lead and motivate the team
- Train the team (hard skill)
- Develop team building
- Organize the work group (such as making schedule of working shift)
- Responsible on target achievement of sales team
- Responsible to solve routine daily problems
Requirement:
- Experienced selling through retail (shopping center / mall) min. 1 year
- Experienced in water treatment (especially alkaline water) is an advantage
- Female or Male with tidy and clean image
- Willingness to assist and support the sales team
- Having the ability to build a team (team building) & motivate a team
- A person with an open character, creative, innovative, and communicative
- Max. 30 years old
- Located at area Surabaya
- Monthly basic salary
