Responsibilities:- Support all general aspects of front-desk duties with excellent customer service skills
- Handle clients’ telephone calls/ enquiries in a professional manner
- Ensure all clients’ requests and demands are met, including efficient handling of inquiries, complaints and feedback
- Responsible for the equipment maintenance, office supplies and monitoring inventory of the serviced office
- Provide secretarial and administrative supports when required
- Coordinate conference/ meeting room bookings
- Ensure the smooth running of the serviced office
- Ensure service productivity and quality standards are achieved
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Sales & Marketing
- Candidates with exposure to customer oriented industry (hotel/ airline) will be an added advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Pleasant and cheerful personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with interest in delivering excellent service
- A meticulous and responsible person with the willingness to learn and adapt
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
