Our client is an European manufacturing based MNC and a world market leader in industrial materials. With presence in more than 120 countries, they are currently seeking highly qualified individual for the role of Financial Controller for one of their largest business unit in Indonesia.

Financial Controller (Based in Karawang)

With the potential to becoming the Country Controller (covering 2 plants and 1 Trading arm), you will be key driver in the finance controlling function, processes, internal controls and team. You will play the role of a Business Partner, working closely with management on business/commercial matters and issues pertaining to the plants specific initiatives, business plans and proposals. You will also analyse and make recommendations regarding profitability of the business, while interfacing with business unit management, and corporate accounting. In addition, you will be responsible for the cost accounting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a multinational Indonesia plant environment
• Strong costing experience and knowledge
• Experience in SAP system, preferably as a Super User
• Familiar with plant operational environment
• Effective communication skill (written and spoken)
• A team player who is internationally minded
