HR Learning and Development Manager

Our client is a leading insurance organisation. They have built a strong presence in the market and are looking for an experienced Learning & Development manager to join their expanding team.

You will be tasked with identifying and analysing employee’s performance gap for staff development as well as monitor, analyse and prepare performance reports of core staff and talent. Besides reviewing evaluations and making assessments of the effectiveness of development programs and training courses, you will monitor and prepare the employee development tracking system.

You will create training programs for employees to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity as well as develop and maintain HR programs (change, knowledge and talent management)

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Psychology from a reputable university and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, in Learning and Development within the insurance industry or MNC. Applicants with prior experience within the insurance industry will also be considered. You must be highly experienced in designing training modules and TNA for the insurance industry is a MUST.

You must be willing to travel within Indonesia and possess a high level of drive, energy and personal commitment to succeed. You must be fluent in English, written and oral.
