HR – MANAGER
Surabaya – Jawa Timur
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years in human resource in similar function
- Having the experience in working within large multinational company ( FMCG, Manufacturing, Services ) will be advantages
- Having experience in working with human resources company.
- Excellent understanding in HR and Development area : Organization, Development, Recruitment, Performance Evaluation, Training and Development, Compesation & Benefit, Payroll, Jamsostek, Medical Insurance, HR legal aspect and Industrial Relations.
- Strong understanding in Indonesia Labor Regulations
- Exellent controlling for the human resources system and procedure, standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Demonstrate exellent computer skills ( e.g. Work, Excel, Power Point ) Hardworking, detail oriented, able to work under pressure and proactive
- Ability to work multitasking, fast responsive and great communication skills
- Communicates effectively with all levels of the company and having good presentation skills
- Excellent analytical, Problem solving, Interpersonal skill, Confident, Self-motivated
- Familiar with HRIS System
- Coordinator and controllers for the implementation of HR function in accordance strategy, systems and work plan.
- Controlling all activities in HR departement
- Make a plan and handle a variety of actifities that take place in HR departement
- Responsible for all matters of personel administration
- Provide problem solving and good strategies for the company’s develompemnt.
