Requirements
- Male or Female min. age 30 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least Master’s Degree psychology, management, HR Field Related, MBA
- Having at least 5 years in training/ people development, such as: Training need analysis, planning program.
- Highly motivated, self-initiative and hard worker.
- Good leadership and active personality as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and with a team.
- Good verbal and written skills in English.
- Computer literature – Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word.
- Placement : dairy industry/ consumer good –Bandung.
- Salary : Rp. 10.000.000 - Rp. 25.000.000
