PROCESS CONTROL (BATAM)

 

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manages production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of all customer orders.
• Responsible for the analysis of sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
• Complete shipping information and delivery date input.
• Order floor stock with shelf life material for production.
• Interface with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel, etc. on material status and production planning issues.
• Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

Requirements:

• Male or Female
• College education or bachelor above   major in IT or related field
• Good knowledge of electronic circuit analysis
• More than one year working experience in electronic product ,excellent graduates are also available
• Able to speak english and computer literate
• Protect and control repaired product information & Arrange daily production work orders, closed work orders and shipping list
• Pin back the value of product maintenance and account control
• Achieve TAT rate control and analysis (unfulfilled indicates reasons)
• Review of monthly process control
• Any others tasks required by superior.
