PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:

• S1 degree, Major in Architecture from reputable University
• Experience min 3 year as PM / Project Manager building construction, design interior, property & Retail company
• Individuals who like challenges, smart, hard working, ambitious, self motivated, team work and willing to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Fluency in written and verbal English communication is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for, implementing, leading and completing projects on schedule as a whole
• Detailed report on the progress of the project
• Lead, provide direction and encouragement to members of the work team
• Coordinating the overall project schedule
• Quality & initiative minded to achieve all deadlines
• Able to reading and interpreting drawing accurately
• Is in the capacity of producing detailed BQ ( Bill of Quantity )
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
• Excellent communication
• Well organized in managing and documentation
• Has a strong capacity in making and controlling projects schedules
• Excellent Reporting ability
• as a client principal contact on design & project management matters
• has a basic knowledge on interior design, detailing & material
• to manage & coordinate on site during construction stage of all consultant, suppliers, building management & all contractors involved in the project
• know to prepare project schedule, progress & curve S
• have skill to prepare project budget estimate and to record all variations during construction
• to prepare the project final account & the final as built drawing, after completion of project
• Able to monitor and supervise the team in meeting the target quality, budget & schedule.
• Detail, discipline, goal oriented and strong leadership
• Willing to travel and work long hours
