RECRUITMENT & ASSESSMENT MANAGER / ASSISSTANT MANAGER (Code: Mgr. HRD)

 Support the company's business in terms of recruitment, assessment & development, and HR strategy.

General Requirements:

• Max. 35 year old
• Minimum S1 degree of Psychology/Industrial Engineering from reputable university, with  min. GPA 2.75
• Experience min. 3 years in Recruitment & Assessment / human resource development
• Master in test and analysis tools.
• Having a good general knowledge base.
• Good communication, initiative, and good problem solving.            
• Placement at Plant – Tangerang ( Jl. Gatot Subroto Km. 8, Jatake-Tangerang)
• Preferred living in Lippo Village, Alam Sutera, Gading Serpong, BSD, Tangerang and  surrounding areas.
