We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our team for the position of:
As
a Store Manager you will be asked to maximize the sales and
profitability of the store by achieving and surpassing store sales
productivity goals and continuously managing store operations and staff.
To provide the coaching and leadership required to each sales associate, team leader and assistant manager.
Position Location: Kemang – Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.
- Honest, Trustworthy and Loyal
- Have proven abilities in retail management.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail including 1 year in Retail Management.
- Customer Service Oriented.
- Have demonstrated strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be highly creative & have a pleasant personality.
- Must be either S-1 or D-3 minimum required in Retail Management or equivalent
- Must have a proven track record for sales.
- Must be Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Excellent computer skills:
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
