TECHNICAL MANAGER (CODE : TM-PCI)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide product support and other technical support to operational functions in the most efficient manner for all concerned 
• Participate in quality calibration and validation sessions
• Facilitate customer resolution for escalated calls and engage the necessary technical support
• Follow up with unsatisfied customers to ensure issues are resolved and the customers are satisfied
• Work with other managers to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain a mindset of continuous improvement, in term of efficiency of support processes, customer satisfaction, and the application tools of monitoring, management, and optimization
• Build relationship with the operational and technical department management of our key customers
• Develop a strong relationships with the sales teams to increase supports service agreements sales, along with providing relevant technical information to sales team

Job Requirements

General Qualifications

• Strong leadership, critical, communications, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience in the management and development of staff
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, vendor, suppliers, and customers
• Fluencly in English is critical (written and spoken)
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolutions to problems
• High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and at the same time able to work as a team
• Good presentation and facilitation skills

Specific Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least S1 degree from reputable university, majoring in chemical engineering
• Male, minimum age of 30 years old
• Having excellent technical knowledge and minimum 5 years experience in personal care industry
• Sales Planning, Building Relationship, Coaching, Managing Process
