Akzo Nobel Car Refinishes Indonesia, located in Pulogadung Industrial
Estate, Jakarta Timur, is currently inviting potential individual to
fill in below position:
Responsible
for planning, leading, and directing the sales team to achieve agreed
sales volume and contribution margin for VR Premium & CV business.
VR Premium Sales Manager is also responsible to
grow the distribution footprint across the country to ensure that we
have a strong network to service customers. It balances the dual
objectives of market share growth and improving return on investment.
Requirements :
- University graduate with good spoken and written English.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial position (preferably in sales management roles).
- Previous experience working in MNCs.
- Preferably, experience in selling to large Key Accounts in automotive industry.
- Good knowledge in technical product sales.
- Good general business sense.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of English language, both written and verbally.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- A good motivator and someone who lead by example.
