FACTORY MANAGER - PT. DEWHIRST INDONESIA (Bandung)

We are now looking for highly motivated and competent individuals, with a good track record to fill the following positions:

FACTORY MANAGER

Qualification:

• Male or Female
• S1 from any discipline
• Good understanding in fabric & garment technical
• Good understanding of the garment operation process and solving quality problems
• Minimum experience of 5 years experience in Clothing Industry and possess managerial experience to handle and supervise people of not less than 500
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken & written

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to plan and organize all the resources required ie manpower/skill, machineries, materials and method to meet forecasted production volume for despatch to buyer
• Ensures that planned resources are organized and work in accordance to plan
• Ensures that adequate control measures are in place to assure that planned resources and strategies are enforced. This includes design of control procedures and personal visual control checks
• Acts on issues on the dot whenever called for
