HR MANAGER  


Requirements:
  • Male, with age 30 – 35 years old
  • Holds Diploma Degree in Business Administration / HR Management / Psychology / Law
  • Have min 8 years’ experience in similar role (especially at manufacturing company)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to effectively communicate to all employees in compliance of company’s rules and obtain buy-in from business units to support HR initiatives
  • Must be familiar with the Manpower & Union legislation
  • Able to work independently
  • Possess knowledge and skills in negotiation with external agencies
  • Strong organization skills
  • Proficient in Ms Office application
  • Communicative in English both oral and written
Job description:
  • Handling compensation and benefits management
  • Develop and maintain HR policies
  • Handling general HR administration
