PROMOTIONS MANAGER – KARMA ROYAL GROUP (BALI)

Karma Royal Group is the No.1 Lifestyle and Leisure company in the Asia Pacific.

With consirable plans for expansion across the group for 2013 / 2014, we are looking to grow our Bali marketing operation and as a result wish to identify and recruit an experienced Promotions Manager to set up and manage new marketing and promotional initiatives.

PROMOTIONS MANAGER – BALI

The Promotions Manager will

• Work with the Marketing Director to design, implement and manage targeted promotions.
• Manage a team of promotions staff across Bali.
• Recruit, Train, Mentor and effectively manage promotional staff, ensuring that the team achieves their individual and team targets, in line with company expectation.

Requirements:

• Must have a proven experience in a similar field.
• Target and results orientated
• Must be able to manage budgets.
• Able to work under pressure and on target
• Be able to speak english
• Self Motivated and Reliable
• Must be able to manage large teams of staff.
• Must be able to Micro manage where required.
• Must be report orientated.
• Can Interview and Start Immediatley
