Country Manager (Jakarta, Indonesia)

As Country Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the sales strategy for BuzzCity’s mobile advertising products in Indonesia. You'll play a fundamental role in developing future growth, and provide vision, direction and leadership for the team Key Responsibilities

    • Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
    • Delivering sales by developing relationships with strategic partners (ad agencies, mobile developers, etc).
    • Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
    • Acting as an ambassador and role model for the business.
    • Increasing market share in existing markets and maximise new business development opportunities.
    • Achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
    • Provide direction for the sales & media acquisition team.
As a Country Manager, you'll be expected to have good management skills, together with appropriate qualifications. Your job may involve some domestic and regional travel.

Senior Account Manager (Jakarta)

The BuzzCity Mobile Ad Network continues to grow. To support this growth we are looking to fill the role of Senior Account Manager (Advertising Sales) for our expanding client base in in Indonesia. The Senior Account Manager maintains and grows relationships with key customers, while achieving an assigned sales growth goal. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Senior Account Manager is expected to retain existing business, while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in the market.
The primary function of this role is to have a thorough understanding of agency/clients’ business, marketing strategies and media objectives to ensure that mobile display advertising is consistently top of mind.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively contact new and existing clients and educate, propose and secure buy-in on Mobile marketing via telephone sales, or face-to-face meetings.
  • Identify, propose and sell programs to targeted organizations within the target markets set out by the company.
  • Develop an understanding of client’s business, products, services, customer profile, marketing and business objectives, competitors and sales.
  • Provide world-class customer service in responding to general and specialized client requests via both phone and email, including billing inquiries, campaign activity inquiries and advertising relevancy issues.
  • Be a key influencer in making mobile marketing small to medium businesses in the market.
  • Understand all new products and their roles.
  • Responsible for special projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • A bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years of mobile or Internet media sales experience, preferred.
  • Creative, problem solver with ability and experience understanding needs of customers and delivering innovative solutions.
  • A good grounding on Internet & Mobile marketing industry.
  • Outstanding written, communication and selling skills.
  • Strong commitment to sales and customer service with good interpersonal skills, initiative and follow-through.
  • Outstanding computer skills including strong knowledge of spreadsheets (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word) and presentations (MS Powerpoint).
  • Able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
