Our client ,US MNC with regional office in Singapore. They have an immediate vacancu for :-
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER -( STATIONED IN INDONESIA - EXP IN PROJECTS / AV PRODUCTS )
Responsibiliies :
The main purpose of the BP (Business Product) & CR (Control Room) reginoal sales manager is to generate sales and oversee all sales, marketing and promotional activities of the BP and Control Room portfolios within the designated territory under his care. To provide sales training, pre & post-sales support to dealers/customers and create market growth in his portfolio. He/She is the country manager for Indonesia.
70% - Sales Strategy
•Develop new accounts and/or expands existing accounts
•Interact with end users and partners alike for all clients which have a potential use of our products and services
•Proactively attends tradeshows, mixers, social events, industry trainings, and similar where customers can be found and actively explores these channels for successful sales conclusions.
•Work actively with marketing and Singapore sales staff to initiate and plan trainings, roadshows, and other customer-generating activities
•Manage sales and marketing activities towards prime SI and end clients
•Manage and prioritize opportunities
•Maximize all opportunities to increase revenue potential
•Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management within all respective clients
•Effectively communicates through oral and written communications to both technical and business audiences (external and internal customers)
•Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives
20% - Product and Technical Knowledge
•Acquire knowledge and skill to be recognized as a knowledge leader in industry or competitive intelligence, and communicate key technical benefits to our customers.
•Deliver a comprehensive level of the technical architecture in order for effective communication of the benefits of our products, competitive advantages, and technical features.
•Understanding of our competitors’ product features, and position our own features in an effective manner before the client.
10% - Personal and Professional Development
•Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company’s core values.
•Display initiative and self-motivation and promotes these qualities within the organization.
Requirements :
•Diploma/Degree in Engineering or relevant field, with plus valuable background in distribution and channel sales management
•Min 4 -5 years working experience in BP (Business Product) & CR (Control Room) environment preferred
•Possess good analytical skills for strategic pricing and product positioning
•Patience, mature and possess strong system integration knowledge.
