HR Manager, Permanent, Jakarta

Our client is a leading name in the hospitality sector. They are looking for a HR Manager to work with the HR Director. This role is to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be responsible to:

• Assist in the recruitment process either via career fairs, job ads or working with agencies
• Supports the on boarding process
• Managing the orientation program for new staff
• Maintaining communications with the employees and being the channel for escalation of issues to top management
• Compensation and benefit

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 3 years of experience as a HR generalist. Ideally you should come from the hospitality industry but candidates with good experience are welcome to apply.
