OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE SUPERVISOR

Job description :

1. Setup and maintain program to support operation in Bussines Unit (Operation Excellence, HSE)
2. Responsible in developing and improving system and procedure (ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 & ISO 9001:2008)
3. Support improvement project in order to enhance operation excellence
4. Identify related with safety factor, environment, non value added condition & service excellence
5. Drive continual improvement & innovation in the company

Qualification :

1. Max. 35 years old
2. Graduates from a reputable university majoring Business/Civil.
3. Good knowledge on improvement methodology (Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, Industrian Engineering, etc)
4. Have experience in continual improvement activities
5. Excellent in communication-negotiation skills, high level of integrity, detail oriented and able to work in team
6. Position is located in Tangerang/BSD
