RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Requirements

• Male or Female (our Priority) min. age 30 years old.
• Master Degree in Psychology.
• At least 5 years of working experience in HR field, preferably in industry.
• Good Knowledge in recruitment process (assessment, interview, psychology test, etc).
• Highly motivated, self-initiative and hard worker.
• Good leadership and active personality as well as good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Good verbal and written skills in English.
• Computer literature – Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word.
• Placement : dairy industry/ consumer good –Bandung.
• Salary : Rp. 10.000.000 – Rp. 25.000.000
