- Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the budget sales and growth margin assigned
- Responsible for the sales strategy on the assigned accounts and market
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet the group's objectives
- Establish longterm relationship with our clients, agents, and other stakeholders involved in the business
- Visit clients and conduct presentations/technical trainings
- Capture all future business prospects and grow the existing costumer base
- Perform
market analysis through activities such as information gathering on the
competitor activities in the country and entry of new competitors
- Reinforce relationships with principals, distributor structures, and provide support trough activities
- Qualifications :
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Petroleum) or equivalent
- At least 5 years of related experiences in sales/product management in Indonesian market, preferably in oil and gas industry.
- Excellent communication skills and possess sales leadership qualities
- High
energy level and a passion for excellence, ability to imbuse a sense of
teamwork to achieve company growth goals and objectives
- Initiative, communicative, analytical, and problem solving personality
- Ability to work well in under-pressure situation
