SITE MANAGER

Specific Requirements:

Male 30 years old
Min. Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Architect from reputable university
Min. 10 years experince in civil & building project include in steel and oil chemical stucture
Familiar with drawing/ cost estimation
Have a good estimating skill, previously have perform in an estimating role on similar project
Manage, supervise and control sub-contractors performance to accelerate the work progress in any phase
Maintain and provides performance report, progress report , ect.
Can maintance & develop good communication with client, sub contractor

General Requirments:

Fluent in English
Computer literate (MS Office)
Have strong leadership, intepersonal communication and analytical skill
Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skill
Proactive, hardworker, discipline and willing to work extra hours to meet deadlines
Willing to be place at site office
