The IKEA trading organization forms a link between the factory floor and the products on IKEA shelves. Trading’s aim is to find the best buy for IKEA. This requires Trading to source new suppliers, look for new production possibilities or outstanding new products and materials. ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Location JAKARTA
PURPOSE OF THIS FUNCTION:
  • Efficient TSO operational cost and secure low cost.
  • Secure compliance to standard financial routines (IKEA and local)
  • Compliance to local rule & regulation; tax, audit and other local authorities for the peration of representative office
  • Secure efficient office administration & operation.
ASSIGNMENTS:
main responsibilities
  • Support TSO Business Operation:
  • Cost Allocation and Follow Up
  • Provide timely cost report and follows up on deviation between actual and forecast / budget.
  • Analyst expense and propose cost saving measure.
  • Secure accurate bi-monthly forecast
  • Secure compliance to local tax, law and other regulation. Office tax management and report, identify potential risky tax area.
  • Accounting:
  • Documents checking and reimbursement to co-workers/vendors

COMPETENCE:
Knowledge
  • University degree (Finance and or Economics), and minimum 5 years relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge of local tax, statutory and general country regulations.
  • General knowledge of TSO business operation
  • Knowledge of IKEA Group Policies/Rules and Guidelines with regards to TSO operation is an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of excel and familiar with accounting system & application
  • Fluent in English
