Job Description:

• Set System to improve Process :

1. Identify & Assign Improvement Projects
2. Coordinate all Improvement Projects
3. Lead Improvement Projects
4. Coach & Train others to do Improvement Projects

• Set System to Monitor the Implementation:

1. Observe Process Implementation
2. Conduct Audit & Assessment
3. Monitor through Measurement

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Min. 5 years as Internal Audit Manager
• Max 40 years old
• Min. S1 degree in Accounting / Management / Engineering with GPA Min. 3.00
• Action Oriented with closure, with Good Attention to Details.
• English Proficiencies & Computer Literate
• Willing to travel for business trips and programs
• One with Positive Thinking , Can Do attitude, and good sense of Team Work
