Responsibilities:
- To implement company’s marketing plan in selling our product.
- Identify potential buyer and tenants, perform cold calls, conduct site viewings.
- Follow up on sales enquiries, negotiate.
- Review sales documentations.
- Participate in marketing-related events and sales activities to maximize business opportunities
Requirements:
- Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor degree in any field.
- At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Specially as Sales Executive Property (Apartment and Office Tower)
- Must be proficient in English and be able to communicate in Chinese/Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin/Chinese speaking client)
- Self- motivated team player who is willing to go extra mile to achieve sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good sales and service aptitude
- Schedule flexibility is a must, willingness to work during weekends and public holidays.
- Replacement in Jakarta, Balikpapan dan Lombok.
