PT. DKSH Indonesia will expanding our Business Line Textile Printing.

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE (CODE : SSE-PR)

Job Responsibilities

• Fulfilled sales target for textile printing industries
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandizing techniques.
• Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while
• prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
• Manage sales pipeline to drive new business opportunities to commercial success.
• Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships

Job Requirements

General Qualifications

• Fluencly in English is critical
• Must have good interpersonal skills to deal with customers and collaborate with the other departments in the company
• Must have excellent customer service skills to enable in dealing politely and effectively with customer’s inquiries and complaints.
• High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and at the same time able to work as a team
• Possesses initiative, customer-oriented, open-minded, and positive attitude
• Self-starter mentality, flexibility in thinking and acting, able to work under pressure
• Emotional stability : convincing, trustful, and reliable presence with a persuasive pattern of behavior role model for DKSH vales and behavior
• Must be proficient in basic computer applications (i.e Microsoft Office)

Specific Qualifications

• Candidate must possess S1 degree from reputable university, majoring in textile engineering
• Male, minimum age of 30 years old
• Having minimum 5 years sales or technical experience in textile printing industry
• Able to approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business as well as maintaining good relationships with clients / suppliers and customers
• Great in making repeat sales to company’s existing customers.
• Have skills to presenting the products in a structured and professional way face to face
